Our 18+ residence operates on a floating support model. While staff are not present 24/7, they do visit multiple times throughout the week to provide support to the residents.

Outreach Homes values the quality of service we provide to our young people. We encourage regular communication for any concerns or feedback.
We have a comprehensive Complaints Policy and Procedure and welcome discussions about any dissatisfaction with our service. We also have a feedback system where both staff and residents can submit their comments into a ‘feedback’ box, with the option to remain anonymous.

Our 16-18 accommodation is a secure 24-hour unit, equipped with CCTV throughout. Staff on shift monitor all entries and departures, and all visitors are required to sign in, with their identities checked. We enforce personalised curfews tailored to each resident’s needs and strictly regulate the number of guests allowed and their visiting hours to maintain safety and security.

Outreach Homes have a variety of partnerships with organisations that help young people in different areas. Outreach Homes is designed to assist residents in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

Staff may provide guidance on financial management, budgeting, and accessing benefits or support schemes available to young people transitioning into independence.

Our support levels are structured on a tier basis, offering 10 to 20 hours of key work support for residents 16-18 and 3 to 9 hours for residents 18-24. The allocation of hours is tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
