Our mission.
At Outreach Homes, we provide young people aged 16-24 with more than just a roof over their heads - we deliver exceptional accommodation and support to help build them a brighter future.
Since 2020, we’ve welcomed over a dozen young people into our care. Many of our residents have a history of gang affiliations, disengagement, and being NEET. However, at Outreach Homes, we see beyond these labels. We focus on their capability to achieve greatness and redefine their future. Their past experiences do not define them, and we are here to provide the support, accommodation, and nurturing environment for them to thrive.
We’ve built a diverse team of dedicated professionals who are deeply committed to addressing the unique cultural and individual needs of every young person in our care. What truly sets our team apart is their lived experience - many of our staff have faced challenges similar to those of the young people we support. This shared understanding fosters genuine empathy and connection, allowing our staff to provide care that is compassionate and empowering.
Our support includes offering a range of incentivised programmes, designed to help young people prepare for the next chapter of their lives and unlock opportunities for education and employment. With a combination of accessible workshops and tailored support plans, we provide the tools needed for a successful transition from supported living to complete independence.
Outreach Homes is more than just a semi-independent home in Dagenham - it is a place to grow and thrive. We are proud to walk alongside young people on their journey toward a future filled with opportunity.
